Kodenar works with verified sellers, courier partners, and logistics providers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience across India.

2. Order Processing

Once you place an order, the respective seller receives a notification to confirm and process it. Sellers generally process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

In some cases (e.g., custom or handmade products), dispatch times may be longer. Such details will be mentioned on the product page. You'll receive updates via email or SMS, including order confirmation, dispatch, and tracking details once your package is shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Partners

Kodenar partners with reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express, and Shiprocket (or others as applicable). Shipping mode (Standard, Express, etc.) is displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines depend on the seller's location, destination PIN code, and courier availability. Certain remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times or limited serviceability.

If tracking details are not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact support@kodenar.in.

7. Delivery Attempts and Verification

The courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the delivery may be rescheduled or redirected (subject to courier policy).

Kodenar or the courier may contact you to verify your address or availability. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to the seller, and a refund may be initiated (excluding shipping charges).

Currently, Kodenarglobal.in ships only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
