2. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

To qualify for a return:

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Include your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images.
  • Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • Once approved, you'll receive a return pickup confirmation or shipping instructions.
  • Please do not ship the item back without prior authorization.

4. Return Pickup & Inspection

Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address where applicable. Returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the product fails inspection due to damage, missing components, or signs of use, the return may be rejected and shipped back to you.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return is received and approved by the seller or Kodenar team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, wallet, etc.). Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product is returned without authorization.
  • The product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • The issue reported is subjective (e.g., dislike of color, style, or size) unless specified as returnable.

6. Replacements or Exchanges

If your product is eligible for replacement, a replacement order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after return approval. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@kodenar.in. Once an item is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In cases where you refuse to accept delivery, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
